New Year's Vision Casting

PRAY: Ephesians 5:15-17 – Look carefully then how you walk, not as unwise but as wise, making the best use of the time, because the days are evil. Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the will of the Lord is.
DAY 1:
    1. Read John 1:35-38 slowly. Meditate on God’s Words for several moments.
    2. *Read through the passage again and journal an answer to Jesus’ question: “What do you want?” Ask yourself, “What am I craving and hoping for in my life over the next year?” Let the Spirit flow and have no expectations. There is no right or wrong answer.
*This exercise adapted from Teresa A. Blythe’s book 50 Ways to Pray page 16.
